| Bodal Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 13, 2014 to September 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has inform that Company is offering e-voting facility to the shareholders which would enable them to cast their vote electronically. This facility is being provided through CDSL e-voting platform. The Company note that the e-voting period starts from 9.00 a.m. on September 15, 2014 and ends at 6:00 p.m. on September 17, 2014.<br/><br/>Further inform that August 22, 2014 was the cut-off date for the purpose of offering e-Voting facility to the members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 28th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 22, 2014 at 11.00 a.m. | |
