Bodal Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results/Accounts for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider re-appointment of Chairman & Managing Director and Executive Directors of the Company and any other business with the permission of the Chairman.<BR><BR>Further, Under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Company has informed all the "concerned persons/employees/insiders" that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from May 21, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive] and the trading window will re-open w.e.f. June 03, 2015.
