Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Corporation for the Financial year ended March 31, 2017 and recommendation of dividend, if any, on Equity Shares.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Corporation's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors/ Designated Persons from May 09, 2017 to June 01, 2017. The trading window shall open on June 02, 2017.
