Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the tenure of Mr. Ness Wadia's appointment as Managing Director ending on March 31, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Corporation, at its meeting held on March 23, 2016, re-appointed Mr. Ness Wadia as Managing Director of the Corporation for a further term of 5 years with effect from April 01, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
