This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meeting held today, i.e. 13th May, 2019 has:<BR> - Recommended dividend at the rate of 50% (Re. 1 per equity share) on the face value of Rs.2/- per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019.<BR> - Decided to hold the154th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Corporation on Monday, 12th August, 2019.<BR> - Resolved to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Corporation from Saturday, 3rd August, 2019 to Monday, 12th August, 2019 (both days inclusive) for determining names of Members entitled to Dividend to be declared at the AGM.
