| Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 (1) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, the Company will provide its members the facility to exercise their vote electronically for transacting the items of business at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 08, 2014 by electronic means. The Company would be availing e-Voting Services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).<br/><br/>Further pursuant to Rule 20 (3) (vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 the Company has fixed July 04, 2014 as the relevant date to determine the shareholders (holding equity shares of the Company in both electronic and physical form) eligible to cast their vote electronically for transacting the items of business at the above AGM. | |
