Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider and approve the audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016, and to consider recommendation to the members of the Company of the payment of dividend, if any, on the Companys Equity Share Capital for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Also, the trading window as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, shall remain closed from May 06, 2016 to May 29, 2016. The trading window shall open on May 30, 2016.
