| Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2016, to consider issue of equity shares on Preferential basis to the lenders of the Company by conversion of debt into equity shares under CDR package and to fix the date, time and venue of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for seeking approval of members for the said preferential issue of equity shares.<BR><BR>It is to be noted that the approval of members proposed to be obtained for the issue of equity shares on Preferential basis to the lenders of the Company by conversion of debt into equity shares under CDR package shall be in supersession of the approval granted by the members by passing Special Resolution for the said purpose at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 21, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from Friday, April 29, 2016, to Wednesday, May 04, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
