Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on May 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider & approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors & Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from May 12, 2016 upto the time of publication of the aforesaid financial results in the newspapers.
