Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended till date the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from August 05, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results public.
