Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2014, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results for the half year/ quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from November 07, 2014 and shall remain closed upto 1 (One) working day after publication of the Companys results in the newspapers.
