With reference to the earlier letter dated June 19, 2014, regarding closing of trading window from June 23, 2014 up to a period of 24 hours after the date on which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2014 is submitted to the stock exchange. In this regard Bosch Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2014 is scheduled on August 11, 2014. The aforesaid trading window will re-open on August 12, 2014.
