BPL Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine month period ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Company confirms that as per the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from February 02, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on February 12, 2016.
