| BPL Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016 to, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from May 16, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on May 26, 2016. | |
