Brawn Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016 subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 02.00 P.M. and concluded at 05.50 P.M.
