Brigade Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on August 05, 2014 inter alia, to consider the un-audited consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the above the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 6.00 p.m. on July 25, 2014 to 7:59 p.m. on August 06, 2014 for Designated Persons and their dependent family members. This is in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of Brigade Enterprises Limited.
