Brigade Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on January 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider the standalone un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 7.00 p.m. on January 19, 2015 to 7:59 p.m. on February 01, 2015 for Designated Persons and their dependent family members. This is in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of Brigade Enterprises Limited.
