Brigade Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16th May, 2016 to inter-alia consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the year ended 31s March, 2016 and recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the above, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 4.30 p.m. on 7th May, 2016 to 7:59 p.m. on 18th May, 2016 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This is in accordance with Clause VII (d) of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Brigade Enterprises Limited.
