Bright Brothers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, have recommended final dividend @ Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10 (Previous year Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10/-) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
