Britannia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016, and<BR><BR>2. to recommend to the Members of the Company for payment of Dividend, if any, on the Companys Equity Share Capital for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from April 28, 2016 to till 48 hours after Audited Financial Results are made public.<BR><BR>During this period, none of the Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Britannia Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
