Brooks Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and to approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" of Brooks Laboratories Limited, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of May 21, 2015 to the closure of business hours of June 01, 2015.
