Brooks Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ketan Shah has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from October 09, 2014 and Mr. Anil Pillai has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from November 01, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board has accepted the resignation and have considered the appointment in its meeting held on October 30, 2014.
