Brooks Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2014 to consider and to approve, inter alia, unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" of Brooks Laboratories Limited, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of February 05, 2014 to the closure of business hours of February 14, 2014.
