| BS Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted, on July 11, 2014, 3,31,620 Equity Shares (i.e., 165,810 Equity Shares + 165,810 Bonus Equity Shares) of Re.1/- each to the grantees, upon exercise of 16,581 Options @ Rs. 109.95 per Share of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 (ESOP 2011) of the Company. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.<br/><br/>The Company, pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders dated January 10, 2014, has sub divided the Face Value of the Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each into Re. 1/- each with effect from January 22, 2014. Accordingly, the Option holders, upon exercise of each Option of Rs. 10/-, are issued and allotted 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company. | |
