BS Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the Revision of the Financial Statements for the Financial Years 2014-15 and 2015-16 and pending the approval of the NCLT for the proposed Revision, the Adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year March 31, 2016 has not been submitted to the Annual General Meeting held on December 29, 2016 and was adjourned to a future date. Accordingly, the Annual Report, including the Audited Financial Statements, Report of Board of Directors and the Report on Corporate Governance, duly revised, shall be circulated to the Members and also submitted to the exchanges upon the receipt of the approval of NCLT and such other necessary approval(s) from the appropriate authority(ies) in connection with the above.
