BS Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, has Deferred the following items to the next Meeting of the Board:<BR><BR>1. Evaluation and approval of business proposal relating to Business expansion.<BR><BR>2. Increase of Authorized Capital<BR><BR>3. Raising of funds through issue of Equity Shares / Equity Linked Instruments, Debentures or any other Securities as an enabling resolution as per the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder;<BR><BR>4. Change of Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
