A Meeting of the Board of Directors of BS Limited was held today i.e., August 10, 2017 (commenced at 1.30 PM and concluded at 6.35 PM) wherein the Board of Directors have transacted the following Business: <BR> <BR> (1) Un-Audited Financial Results<BR> <BR> The Board of Directors have approved the Un - Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2017.<BR> <BR> (2) Change in Company Secretary of the Company<BR> <BR> This is to inform the Exchanges that Mrs. Alka Kumari, Company secretary of the Company has resigned with effect from 10th August, 2017 and Mr. BSK.
