| Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2014, has approved the 'Slump Sale' purchase of one of the divisions of M/s. LLM Appliances Limited, an associate of the Company, engaged in procuring/manufacturing and marketing of domestic kitchen appliances and domestic electrical appliances business under the trade name and trade mark 'Butterfly', which is synergetic to the Company's existing business. | |
