| Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter/financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and to consider declaration of a dividend, if any, for the said financial year.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated employees of the Company from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016. | |
