Kindly note that pursuant to clause 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 25th May 2017 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter/financial year ended on 31st March 2017. In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 16.5.2017 to 27.5.2017 (both days inclusive).
