With reference to the earlier letter dated May 18, 2016, C & C Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that in view of unexpected and unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company's control, the Board meeting, which was scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider & take on record the annual audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016, has been postponed to be held on June 09, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and in pursuance of SEBIs regulation in this regard, the trading window for the specified persons, which is currently closed from May 19, 2016, will remain closed till June 11, 2016.
