| C Mahendra Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2015 to September 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder, the members are provided with the facility to cast their vote electronically, through the e-voting services provided by Central Depository<BR>Services (India) Limited (CDSL), on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of the AGM. The e-voting period commences on September 23, 2015 (10.00AM) to September 25, 2015 (5.00 PM). | |
