| Cairn India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, inter alia, has recommended the Final Dividend of INR 6.50 per Equity share for the year ended March 31, 2014. The Final Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 23, 2014, will be paid by August 11, 2014. | |
