Cals Refineries Ltd has informed BSE that the Securities Issue / Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 44396000 equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to Nyra Holdings Private Limited and 111287700 equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to Abboro Limited in terms of Special resolutions passed by the members under Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 through Postal Ballot dated March 28, 2011.<br/>
