Camphor & Allied Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, to transact the following:<BR><BR>1. For considering and approving the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 along with the Audited Financial Results of 4th Quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any for the year ended March 31, 2015, to the shareholders.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for trading in Companys securities will remain close for Directors/Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from May 19, 2015 to May 29, 2015 for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015.
