| Camphor & Allied Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial Year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of final dividend on equity shares, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for promoters, directors, designated employees and others covered under the said code from May 19, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. | |
