Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform that the Articles of Association (AOA) as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 has been approved and adopted in substitution and to the entire exclusion of the existing Articles of Association, by way of special resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 25th September, 2017. The Scrutinizer's Report informing that the resolution has been duly passed is received by the Company on 26th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Brief particulars of the amendments in the Articles of Association (AOA) of the Company is attached herewith.<BR> <BR>
