| Camphor & Allied Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired certain identified assets and liabilities relating to the business carried on by Arofine Chemical Industries, a partnership firm having its place of business at Arofine House, Plot No A-18, Phase II, Dombivli MIDC Industrial Area, Dombivli East 421201 ("ACT") and Vaishnavi Chemicals Private Limited, a company incorporated and registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 2/11, Arondekar Bhavan, Hindu Friends Society Road, Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai - 400060 ("VCPL"), engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of aroma chemicals.<BR><BR>Further an agreement in this context is entered into on November 09, 2015 between Company, ACI and VCPL. | |
