Further to our letter dated 29th August 2017, the Board of the Directors at its meeting held today, which commenced at 4.30 P.M. and concluded at 5.15 P.M., inter-alia considered and approved the unaudited Financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June 2017.
