CANARA BANK - Updates on Closure of Trading Window

With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 16, 2014 regarding the trading window was closed on January 10, 2014 and would be reopened on January 22, 2014, Canara Bank has now informed BSE that Since the Bank has decided to conduct a Board Meeting on January 31, 2014, inter alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2013, the trading window would be continuously closed and reopened only February 03, 2014 instead on January 22, 2014 as stated in the earlier communication.
