| Canara Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank, for the Second Quarter and Half-year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from October 26, 2014 to November 08, 2014 for the Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank and will be reopened on November 09, 2014, on account of Board Meeting to be held on November 06, 2014, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Second Quarter and Half-year ended September 30, 2014. | |
