Canara Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016 and also to recommend consideration of Dividend for the year 2015-16, if any, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Bank.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 29, 2016 for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank and will be reopened on May 30, 2016, on account of Board Meeting to be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.
