Canara Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from April 25, 2014 to May 07, 2014 for the Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank and will be reopened on May 08, 2014, on account of Board Meeting to be held on May 05, 2014, inter-alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2014.
