| Capital First Ltd has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed at its meeting held on February 05, 2016, has allotted 46,020 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,11,91,724 (Nos.) to 9,12,37,744 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. | |
