| Capital First Ltd has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed at its meeting held on April 09, 2014, has allotted 74,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes - 2008 and 2011 respectively.<br/><br/>With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 8,26,31,469 (Nos.) to 8,27,05,969 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. | |
