| Capital First Ltd has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed at its meeting held on July 21, 2014, has allotted 61,400 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes.<br/><br/>With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 8,28,51,219 (Nos.) to 8,29,12,619 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs.10/- each. | |
