| Capital First Ltd has informed BSE that the Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution passed by Circulation on August 13, 2015, inter alia approved the allotment of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCD's").<BR><BR>1. The Company has fully raised Rs. 300,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Crore Only) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.<BR><BR>2. The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation on i.e. August 13, 2015 has inter - alia approved allotment of 3000 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.<BR><BR>3. The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited. | |
