Capital First Ltd has informed BSE that;<br/><br/>1. Credit Analysis and Research Limited ("CARE") has assigned 'CARE AA' (Double A) rating for fresh limit of Rs. 50 Crore to the Company's Perpetual Debt Issue.<br/><br/>2. Brickwork Rating Private Limited ("BWR") has assigned BWR AA' (pronounced BWR Double A) (Outlook: Stable) for a fresh limit of Rs. 50 Crore to the Company's Perpetual Debt Issue.<br/><br/>3. BWR has revalidated 'BWR AA+' (pronounced BWR Double A Plus) (Outlook: Stable) for the Companys Non Convertible Debenture (NCD) Issue for an amount of Rs. 450 Crore out which unutilized limit is Rs. 250 Crore and also BWR has assigned 'BWR AA+' (pronounced BWR Double A Plus) (Outlook: Stable) for a fresh limit of Rs. 250 Crore to the Company's Secured NCD Issue.
