With reference to the earlier letter dated July 21, 2015 regarding disclosure under clause 31(d) and 35A of Listing Agreement, Capital First Ltd has now informed BSE that with respect to the details of voting results, the total number of shareholders on record date (i.e. July 13, 2015; cut off date for voting purpose) be read as '1,18,908' instead of '9,10,98,224'.
