Dear Sir/ Madam We wish to inform you that, the Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. March 14, 2017, has inter alia approved a issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of INR 75,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Seventy Five Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of INR 125,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Five Crores) on private placement basis.
